This role sits at the intersection of marketing analytics, revenue strategy, and business performance optimization, focused on transforming data into actionable insights that drive go-to-market effectiveness. You will play a central role in shaping how marketing and sales performance is measured, interpreted, and improved across the full funnel. Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, you will build scalable reporting systems, enhance attribution models, and ensure stakeholders have reliable access to critical performance metrics. The position combines hands-on analytical execution with strategic influence, helping leadership understand what drives pipeline growth and revenue impact. You will also contribute to improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation across analytics workflows. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving, data-driven environment where insights directly shape business decisions.
- Scale and enhance go-to-market analytics capabilities by improving reporting frameworks, prioritizing analytical initiatives, and increasing overall team efficiency
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reporting systems to support Marketing, Sales, and Operations stakeholders
- Own core operational analytics including funnel performance tracking, KPI reporting, attribution analysis, and pipeline visibility
- Develop and refine measurement frameworks and models that improve marketing efficiency and revenue performance
- Support stakeholders with timely insights by optimizing data accessibility, consistency, and reporting reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, improve data accuracy, and align analytics outputs with business goals
- Enable senior analysts to focus on strategic and advanced modeling work by handling recurring reporting and operational analytics
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, marketing funnels, and revenue performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline, opportunities, conversions)
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and efficient dataset manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, including complex calculations and data modeling concepts
- Familiarity with CRM reporting and pipeline analytics (Salesforce preferred)
- Working knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly learn new data systems and KPI frameworks
- Annual base salary up to $114,000, plus variable compensation based on performance and experience
