Yard Technician - Seasonal (20-29 hours per week) in Kernersville, North Carolina at Curtis Lane Holdings LLC

SEASONAL Part Time (20 -29 hours per week)- APPROX 90 DAYS

We are BUSY! If you have strong organization skills and like to make sure equipment is clean and ready to meet customer needs, we want to meet you! The Yard Tech maintains the cleanliness of the equipment yard and keeps the rental equipment organized to minimize customer wait time. This position assists customers with equipment check-in, check-out and basic operation knowledge.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare equipment for rent by cleaning with a power washer
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment
• Provide customers basic training, as needed
• Fuel and meter equipment upon check-in
• Record fuel logs and other information
• Stage equipment for deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the yard
• Ensure all rental equipment is properly tagged and has required key
• Other duties, as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Valid State issued Drivers License
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
• Self-motivated
• Able to work with only minimal supervision
• Able to quality check their own work and be very detailed oriented
• Experience is helpful but not required
