Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Cleaning Assistant to join our team at the PMI Home office in Camp Hill. This hourly position travel in a company supplied vehicle to handle turn service and common area hallway cleaning in several apartment communities within the Residential Division. Rate: $15-$17 an hour.

Hours: Monday through Friday, with potential weekend hours.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries, drinking glasses and guest welcome gifts.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors.
• Empty waste bins and replace liners.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed.
• Inspect rooms for any damages and report them to the supervisor.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically or as required.

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
