We are looking for Pre-owned Sales Manager who can help sales representative meet the goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:Acquisition and purchase of vehicles for retail sale as well as wholesale activitiesSupervise pre-owned car sales staff; ability to take T/OsAccurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate all reconditioningEnsure all aspects of inventory control, pre-owned car lot, advertising, get ready and deliveries are controlled professionally as well as cost-effectivelyResponsible for administrating the pre-owned car departments daily operations and coordinating activities for all department employees
Qualifications:At least 3-5 years of a proven track record of success excelling as a Used Car Manager at a high-volume franchise dealershipMust have experience working with various dealer solutions such as vAutoProfessional appearance and strong communications skillsAdvanced computer skills is a plusProven track record of success Strong record of positive CSI ratingsTeam-oriented with a passion for coaching and developmentImport experience requiredValid driver's license with good driving recordWilling to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
