Bench Hands start at $17+/hr!

Our bench team are the individuals responsible for mixing, shaping, and baking our artisan breads for our retail storefront and all locations in Great American Restaurants. They work together, demonstrating a high level of integrity and passion for the art of bread making as well as outstanding hospitality!
