Job Title : Planning Manager
Description * Support the production planning process and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and production targets are met * Managing stock control and Inventory checks * Perform RCA on manufacturing related issues for Quality and Timeliness * Communicating changes in an order process to relevant department * Forecast requirements; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions * Work closely with procurement, store and warehouse team to perform analysis of the inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment and maintaining inventory levels as per safety stocks * Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities * Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation * Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop resources * Recognize good work by an employee or a team * * Give feedback and track performance
