Role Summary

Inbound Data Coordinators contribute to the central management of our title database and are a core team that help to kick start the supply chain within Anuvu. They will be focused on gathering, compiling, and entering title metadata and rights window data from studios and content owners worldwide, to enable airlines to understand which movies and TV shows are available to license for their inflight entertainment. They will also be working closely with multiple departments to fulfil the needs of Anuvu’s airline accounts on a cyclical basis.

Location: Anywhere in Argentina

Remote Options: Option to be 100% remote, or choice of hybrid schedule in our CABA office.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage monthly movie avails from all distributors.
• Source and enter data for movies and TV into the database.
• Proofread and QC data for movie and TV titles in our database upon initial ingest.
• Add 3rd party content and non-licensed content to the database.
• Continually improve the breadth and accuracy of our title database.
• Seek to evolve the process for ingesting new titles into the database.
• Stay on top of updates to title data, including available language assets, versions, cancellations, rights holder changes and frequent daily updates from other departments.
• Triage daily ticket system and email requests to update the database and help other departments to run efficiently.
• Emailing other departments and external sources (studios & content providers).

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred College or University Graduate.
• Interested and passionate about movie and TV content, including international and non-Hollywood content.
• Media & TV study background desirable.
• Must be fluent in English
• Detail orientated
• History of proofreading and data QC measures a plus
• Experience of database management a plus
• Knowledge of rights windows and title avails a plus
