Description:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading the on-site team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining equipment, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position reports to the Area or General Manager and plays a key role in training, safety, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate team members to meet performance and service standards.
Open and close the wash daily, ensuring all safety and operational procedures are followed.
Monitor wash quality and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including vacuum stations, lot, and tunnels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and vehicle clearance limits.
Train new employees on procedures, safety, and customer interaction.
Complete daily/weekly operational reports accurately and on time.

Qualifications:
No prior car wash experience required — experience in retail, customer service, food service, or a supervisory role is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills — must work well with the public and with employees.
Mechanically inclined; comfortable troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
