Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking passionate Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality care for pediatric and geriatric patients across the five boroughs of NYC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct home visits to assess patients' functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance their independence and quality of life. Earn between $70 - $90 per 30 minutes to an hour for evaluations and follow-up visits. We’re open to salary negotiations after the first 3 months and once the probationary period is successfully completed.
