MEDICAL SPECIALTIES: Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine, Pain Management & Podiatry

LOCATION: Union County, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to include the salary range for this role. The salary range for this role is $80k-123k annually. The range for this role is typically determined by several factors, including the geography in which the selected candidate will be working, and alignment with qualifications and experience. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation (bonus, etc.) and/or benefits. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vison and retirement plan.
