Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent focus on vehicle sales and customer engagement
- Proactive prospecting for new customers and new business opportunities
- Follow up with previous customers to build repeat and referral business
- Partner with management to structure deals that are both customer-focused and profitable
- Accurately document daily activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Complete required OEM and dealership training programs
- Support merchandising efforts, including lot organization and online vehicle listings
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple digital platforms
- Previous sales or management experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped earning potential, with first-year sales professionals typically earning $60,000–$90,000 annually
- Experienced sales professionals often earn between $90,000 and $150,000 annually
- Compensation structure includes unit bonuses and ceramic paint sales incentives, with no mini deals
