Smoothie King NBTX is looking to expand our team of energetic and hardworking ambassadors of the Brand! As a dynamic, rapidly-growing company, our location is looking for motivated Team Members who are not only purpose-driven but also show a curiosity in the business. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate a willingness to tackle new challenges and provide unanimous support for their "teammates."

ALL Team Members MUST be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. In addition, ALL Team Members are expected to deliver OUTSTANDING Guest Service.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company Policies and Procedures.
• Provide an overall POSITIVE Guest experience.
• Blend smoothies consistently according to recipes.
• Fulfill cash handling, food preparation, and inventory duties.
• Promote a clean and healthy environment in and around the store.
• Support company standards for operations, marketing and brand identity.
• Endorse and boost the Smoothie King Mission and Vision.

Team Members will be required to showcase exceptional interpersonal skills while displaying integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the core values and mission of the Smoothie King brand. In addition, Team Members are expected to be efficient in the workplace, and maintain punctual attendance. Team Members MUST be flexible. They will be expected to work weekdays, some weekends and some specific Holidays.

Additional Requirements (but NOT necessary for hiring consideration):

• Basic computer skills: Typing, Internet.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Spreadsheet and Data interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Previous experience in the Food/Service Industry.
• Food Handlers License.
