Coil Forming Operator

Location: Lake Geneva, WI

Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Available

Pay: Competitive pay. Shift differential: 2nd shift: $1.50/hour, 3rd shift: $2.00/hour

Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are looking to start a hands-on career, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

We are hiring for all shifts!

1st shift hours: Monday – Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm OR 7 am to 3:30 pm

2nd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00pm OR 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

3rd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 10 pm to 6:30 am

What You’ll Do

• Operate coil, wire form, and four-slide machines
• Perform quality checks and complete documentation
• Work with team members to keep production running smoothly
• Safely handle, inspect, and package finished parts

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow work instructions and use measuring tools (training provided)
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
