Administrative Supervisor, Nursing at Shore Medical Center – Somers Point, New Jersey

Position Summary
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the administrative operations and clinical practice activities within one or more areas on a twenty-four-hour basis. Provides patient care services that are coordinated to provide a seamless, integrated system of care that is high value, cost-effective and customer focused.

Minimum Requirements
• NJ RN License
• BLS, ACLS, IV, and Dysrhythmia certification
• 5 years clinical experience
• 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Previous management and/or nursing supervisor experience
• Previous monitoring and clinical skills in a hospital setting
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull

Preferred Experience
• BSN

Salary Range - $48.00 - $62.00 hourly (based on experience)
