Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

- Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively to customers in both Spanish and English.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and personalized assistance.

- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing mobile devices, accessories, and service plans.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.

- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

- Flexibly work weekend and holiday shifts to meet store operational needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in telecommunications or technology sectors.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
