We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
• Ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
• Train and develop production workers to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all materials are available for production.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
