Responsibilities:
- Monitors practices within the department and implement changes that impact the perception and quality of the Radiology department
- Rounding with staff, providers, and patients to improve quality outcomes
- Compliant with ACR and DNV accreditation standards
- Innovative and strategic planning to provide growth strategy
- Maintenance of a healthy work environment utilizing the principles of “just culture” which neither holds the staff accountable for system failures nor tolerates reckless behavior
- Recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of staff
- Implement changes in practice and/or patient care through the shared governance structure
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- 3 years post certification experience in Radiology
- Minimum of 3 Years of Supervisory Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related Radiology field
- ARRT or modaility specific credential
- IEMA
