Position: Sr. Performance Engineer

Job Description:
• Architectural: Directed performance testing and service virtualization for key initiatives, including Dotcom Vision, Customer 360, CCS, and Mosaic (MTX, ACODS, Integration Services).
• Service Virtualization: Designed and implemented virtualization stubs for WAPI, AIS, and DB2,
• accurately simulating production environments to streamline testing processes.
• Performance Testing Management: Led end-to-end application performance testing, including BI Reports, utilizing LoadRunner, CA LISA, and SOAP UI. Developed comprehensive test plans, executed tests, and documented results for stakeholder review.
• Cloud Infrastructure Optimization: Enhanced AWS infrastructure performance, resolving issues through collaboration with development teams. Employed AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics for in-depth monitoring and analysis.
• Dashboard Development: Created Grafana dashboards integrated with CloudWatch metrics,
• significantly improving real-time performance visibility for teams.
• Automation & Reusability: Developed and maintained LISA automation frameworks and reusable components, increasing efficiency in performance testing.
• Performance Profiling: Conducted thorough performance profiling with Splunk and Dynatrace,
• identifying bottlenecks and recommending actionable improvements.
• High Availability Testing: Executed failover and high availability scenarios for both cloud and on- premises applications, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
• Multi-Project Leadership: Managed multiple performance testing and service virtualization projects,
• ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
