POSITION SUMMARY:
Utilizes hospital vehicle to deliver supplies and specimens within the SwedishAmerican Health System properties in a safe and efficient manner. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as, Health System Incentives.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Must have valid State Driver’s license and a driving record that allows for Health System insurance carrier to cover the incumbent. Must be 18 years or older.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Good driving record. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively and respectfully interact with all levels of staff and the public within the organization and community. Familiarity with city layout. Must be self-motivated and able to coordinate unscheduled deliveries into route. Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
