Senior Compliance Manager

This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on ensuring that complex HR and workforce solutions meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The position plays a key part in integrating labor and employment law requirements into client implementations, enabling organizations to operate confidently and scale effectively. You will act as a critical bridge between legal frameworks and operational execution, supporting cross-functional teams and external clients. The role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory expertise, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, multi-client environments. Working remotely with occasional travel, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance excellence. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence workforce outcomes in the care services sector while contributing to process innovation and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the compliance and HR workstream during client implementations, ensuring regulatory requirements are embedded into workforce solutions from the outset.
  • Oversee adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations, discrimination laws, benefits compliance, FMLA, ADA, and related statutes.
  • Partner with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless execution of HR and compliance processes across multiple projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for regulatory agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA, ensuring alignment with all applicable standards.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational excellence and strengthen client relationships.
  • Identify risks, recommend compliance improvements, and contribute to scalable HR process design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of HR experience with strong expertise in employment and labor law compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity within HR or compliance functions.
  • Proven experience working with regulatory bodies such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA.
  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects and maintain positive, solution-oriented client relationships.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (UKG Ready preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, client-facing, and compliance-driven environment.
