Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy, or management consulting roles

  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Experience building or scaling a PMO function is highly desirable
  • Strong expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven mindset
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including board-level reporting experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and tactical capacities within fast-paced environments
  • High ownership mindset with strong accountability, adaptability, and bias for action
  • Background in consulting or transformation programs is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan with a 3% company non-elective contribution
  • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance
  • Parental leave benefits
