This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager in the United States.

This senior individual contributor role plays a pivotal part in shaping how SaaS solutions are positioned, understood, and adopted across mission-driven organizations. You will lead high-impact go-to-market strategies that strengthen pipeline performance, improve commercialization, and accelerate revenue growth across multiple product lines. Acting as a strategic connector across product, sales, marketing, and customer success, you will define compelling value propositions, sharpen market segmentation, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on translating complex solutions into clear, differentiated narratives. You will also influence product direction through deep market and customer insight, helping prioritize the most valuable growth opportunities. This is a highly visible role where your work directly shapes market perception, sales effectiveness, and commercial success.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and commercialization planning for priority product initiatives, including launches, positioning, and readiness
  • Develop and refine segmentation, ICP, TAM, and buyer insights in collaboration with Product, RevOps, and leadership teams
  • Create differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to diverse buyer personas across mission-driven organizations
  • Lead market research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product and commercial strategy
  • Partner with Sales to develop enablement materials, messaging frameworks, and training sessions that improve win rates
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content teams to improve campaign effectiveness through stronger messaging and audience clarity
  • Conduct customer research and journey mapping to deepen understanding of user needs and inform strategy
  • Act as a cross-functional leader influencing Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps alignment across commercialization efforts
  • Develop and improve repeatable product marketing frameworks, standards, and processes to enhance execution consistency
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategy and execution across multiple product lines or commercial motions
  • Strong storytelling and positioning skills with the ability to simplify complex products for non-technical audiences
  • Experience defining or refining ICP, TAM, segmentation, and buyer/use-case frameworks
  • Demonstrated success improving commercialization outcomes through messaging, readiness, and cross-functional alignment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions
  • Experience creating scalable frameworks and operating models for product marketing functions
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively in matrixed, fast-paced environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range (commensurate with experience and market standards)
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including options fully covered for employee-only plans and HSA contributions
  • Flexible paid time off and 11.5 paid holidays annually
  • Paid parental leave to support family growth and transition
  • Mental health support through Employee Assistance Programs with free counseling services
  • Professional development reimbursement for continued learning and career growth
  • Flexible work schedules supporting work-life balance
  • Employee recognition program using rewards-based platforms to celebrate contributions
  • Inclusive and mission-driven workplace culture focused on equity, respect, and personal growth
