Job Description
Business Partnership & Decision Support
Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to drive financial discipline and commercial success.
Lead pricing strategy, customer-level profitability analysis, and new product/service financial modelling.
Evaluate business cases for expansion, partnerships, and large deals.
Participate in key strategic discussions, offering financial insights and risk assessment.
FP&A & Budgeting
Lead annual operating plan and rolling forecasts with functional heads, aligning financial goals to business objectives.
Track performance against budget, prepare variance analyses, and highlight risks and opportunities to leadership.
Own monthly and quarterly management reporting with key financial and operational KPIs.
Revenue & Cost Optimisation
Monitor and improve gross margins, unit economics, and CAC/LTV across.
Drive initiatives to optimize costs, improve working capital, and support EBITDA goals.
Identify areas for automation and process improvement within revenue and cost tracking.
- Experience: 10+ years in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech-enabled businesses.
- Qualification: CA/MBA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
- Personal Traits: Business-savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and impact-driven setup.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in dashboards, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for FP&A.
- Exposure to pricing, sales incentives, and margin analysis in a recurring revenue environment is a plus.
