Are you a skilled maintenance pro looking for a place where you are treated like family, not just a number?Monarch is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team and we arent your average property management company!
We are family-owned and owner-managed. This means we truly care about the people who help us maintain our communities. We are growing fast across 25 states and are looking for someone in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to help us keep our apartment communities in top shape.
The Role
Youll be the "go-to" assistant maintenance technician for our Grand Rapids properties. This role involves some light travel between our local communities, so you'll get to see different sites and work with a variety of great teams. We provide the growth, the stability, and the supportyou bring the skills!
