OCCU is hiring a Dealer Resolution Specialist for our Indirect Lending team! This is a remote position for candidates residing in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho, with a pay range of $29.00–$35.50 per hour. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized test receive an additional $2 per hour.

This role requires availability to work at least one weekend day each week.

The Dealer Resolution Specialist (DRS) supports Indirect Lending Sales initiatives by delivering exceptional service to dealer partners and members. This role builds strong relationships through effective issue resolution, sound decision-making, and professional communication. Acting as an OCCU representative, the DRS evaluates and responds to dealers with exceptions and appeals via phone, web messages, and email. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the indirect lending process to address dealer needs, identify issues, and resolve escalations. Responsibilities include answering dealer questions; resolving disputes; coordinating loan details and decisioning; collaborating with Indirect Loan Processors, Indirect Lending leadership, dealers, and members; triaging exceptions and appeals for return or escalation; maintaining written records for analysis; monitoring declined applications (tiers 1–3) for reconsideration; following up on unfunded loans; and communicating professionally with vendors, community members, and employees in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of consumer lending, loan processing, or related experience; the ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising good judgment; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, credit union systems, and data entry; and strong member service skills with professional communication under pressure.
