General Description: The Laundry Attendant processes and maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the Resort linens, toweling and uniforms

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous laundry attendant experience an asset, but not necessary

• Be physically fit, position requires significant standing, bending, lifting

• There is frequent lifting up to 50lbs and working in a heated environment

• Be neat and professional in appearance and attitude

• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Enjoy working varied shifts, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Operating commercial laundry equipment

• Sorting, folding, stocking with frequent use of stepladder

• Process all Resort linens, bedding, toweling and uniforms

• Process guest personal laundry and keep information confidential

• Report necessary maintenance issues

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Other duties as assigned
