Guest Service & Kitchen Associate at Marco's Pizza – Vidalia, Georgia

With Gratitude, we’re looking for a Guest Service & Kitchen Associate with hustle, personality, and strong people skills. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, combining guest interaction with food preparation to create a welcoming experience where guests are gladly served every visit.

(Including, but not limited to)

• Greet guests warmly and serve them with gratitude, whether in person or over the phone

• Take accurate orders, answer phones, and provide outstanding customer service

• Operate the cash register and collect payments accurately and responsibly

• Prepare consistent, high-quality food following Marco’s Pizza standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support daily store operations including cleaning, restocking, and folding boxes

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Marco’s Pizza Grooming Standards

• A fun, friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers and making guests feel welcome

• A team player who shows up on time, supports others, and brings a positive attitude

• Someone polite, reliable, and proud of their work

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm, focused, and respectful
