We are currently hiring a full time Community Hero (aka Groundskeeper)

The primary responsibilities for this role will be:

Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)LandscapingPlowing and Salting in winter monthsRepair of Water/Sewer lines when neededRepair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as neededAssist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes)Troubleshoot problem areasRespond immediately to any emergency callsOther related duties as assignedMust be able to:

Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectivelyWork independentlyMultitaskOperate large machinery when necessaryOccasionally lift 50lbs or moreAlternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sittingExperience Desired:
