Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant or Coordinator to Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the project management team, helping to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, track project progress, and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of multitasking and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination and Support Customer Relations
- Invoicing
- Multitasking and Prioritization
- Documentation and Reporting
- Problem Solving and Issue Tracking
- Administrative Support
- Continuous improvement
- Report to CEO, Directors & Project Mangers.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management support or a related role
- preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment such as (Design, Architecture, Construction or Real Estate Development)
Education:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design, Architecture, Construction or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in project management software (Asana, Procore, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools).
- Knowledge in CRM systems (Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, CoStar, or similar tools)
- Knowledge in design software (Adobe suite, Autodesk suite, Bluebeam Revu, Rhino or similar tools)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software or systems quickly.
