Join our dynamic and growing dental team as a Dental Hygienist with La Cross Dental in our Belleville, IL and O'Fallon Illinois locations! In this rewarding role, you will make a meaningful impact on patients’ oral health while creating a comfortable, positive, and educational experience during every visit. You will play a key role in supporting our providers, delivering exceptional care, and contributing to the smooth daily flow of our office.

• Provide thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care to patients of all ages.

• Conduct patient assessments, including charting, probing, and digital x-rays.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.

• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Illinois.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.

• Attention to detail with a passion for patient education.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
