ROLE SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated territory. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring supplier satisfaction and goals are obtained.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Meet supplier and Eagle sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales, or retail experience as Branch Ops or Sales manager preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong customer service skills
