Warehouse Shipping Tech in Archbold, Ohio at Napoleon Spring Works, Inc

Napoleon Spring Works is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Tech who will be responsible for processing custom and low-volume customer orders. In this role, you will manually pick, verify, pack, and prepare orders while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and quality standards. This role also supports timely shipment of specialty and small quantity orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick and verify hardware items according to customer order specifications.
• Hand-pack custom, specialty, and small quantity orders in the designated pick bin area.
• Ensure correct quantities, part numbers, labels, and packaging materials are being used.
• Prepare completed orders for shipping in accordance with company and carrier standards.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pick bin and packing area.
• Monitor packaging supply levels and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues.
• Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and production teams to prioritize urgent orders.
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining high order accuracy.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move packages throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to use hands for repetitive grasping and packaging tasks.
