This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with mid-market customers, driving long-term value through strategic account growth and retention. You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping customers unlock more value from the platform through upsells, cross-sells, and contract expansions. The position combines commercial ownership with relationship management, requiring strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, run structured business reviews, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences revenue growth and customer loyalty. - Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts by driving expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions related to renewals, contract upgrades, and multi-year agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers and executive-level contacts.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and reinforce customer value.
- Develop and execute account strategies to identify growth opportunities and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Monitor at-risk accounts and implement proactive retention strategies to minimize churn.
- Educate customers on product value, higher-tier offerings, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve the customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management, strategic sales, or similar roles.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and deals typically exceeding 25K ACV.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong background in consultative selling and account expansion strategies.
- Ability to lead Quarterly Business Reviews and long-term customer engagement processes.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline and account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

- Competitive base salary starting at 70,000 USD with average on-target earnings around 118,000 USD.
