This is a strategic finance role designed for professionals who understand the fast-moving dynamics of BPO and call center operations. You will act as a key business partner to operational leaders, translating performance metrics into actionable financial insights that drive profitability and growth. The position combines FP&A expertise, commercial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote environment supporting global operations. You will help shape decisions around staffing, pricing, productivity, and cost optimization across multiple programs and delivery centers. With strong visibility across finance and operations, this role offers the opportunity to influence performance at scale. It is ideal for someone analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a high-accountability environment.
- Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, budgeting cycles, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting for BPO operations.
- Analyze operational drivers such as AHT, SLA performance, occupancy, shrinkage, attrition, and staffing efficiency to assess financial impact.
- Build financial models to support workforce planning, operational decisions, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR teams to align staffing levels and productivity with financial targets.
- Track and report key business KPIs across clients, programs, and delivery centers, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
- Support costing, pricing, and commercial analysis for new and existing client engagements.
- Drive budget discipline across cost centers while identifying cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Deliver timely business insights that maximize revenue realization and margin performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance within a BPO, shared services, or call center environment.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics such as AHT, SLA, FTE productivity, absenteeism, occupancy, and attrition.
- Proven ability to connect business performance drivers with financial outcomes and strategic decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, scenario planning, and data analysis.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role aligned to US shift hours.
- Competitive salary package of approximately INR 18 Lakhs per annum (CTC).
