We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Entry Level Leadership candidate who is eager to grow into management. You will start by learning the fundamentals of leadership and client relations, then progress into guiding teams and driving organizational success.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor new associates to achieve performance goals.

• Client Engagement: Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to families, ensuring clear communication and trust.

• Sales & Service: Help families understand and select life insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to implement growth strategies and meet organizational objectives.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
