This role is focused on driving high-volume commercial growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities related to group experiences and events. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, contracting, and post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will actively build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities while tailoring solutions to meet client needs. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of sold experiences and alignment across all stages of the customer journey. - Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in group sales and event-based experiences.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, proposal creation, negotiation, contract closure, invoicing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Advise clients on tailored experience configurations based on their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution and delivery of sold services.
- Support business development initiatives, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales development, outbound sales, or high-volume commercial roles.
- Advanced English level (C1 required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Strong results orientation with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Availability to travel within the United States when required.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining high performance standards.
- Monthly compensation between $900 and $1,800 depending on performance and experience.
