This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and high-impact campaign development, shaping how a fast-growing platform expresses itself across every customer touchpoint. You will define and activate bold creative ideas that bring the brand to life across integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and growth initiatives. Working closely with strategy, product, and marketing teams, you will translate complex positioning into compelling narratives that drive engagement and performance. This is a highly visible role with ownership over major brand moments and cross-channel creative direction. You will also lead multi-disciplinary teams and agency partners, ensuring a consistently high creative bar from concept to execution. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on both strategic thinking and hands-on creative leadership.
- Lead the development of brand and campaign platforms, translating strategic direction into scalable creative ideas that work across channels, audiences, and formats.
- Drive the activation of the brand across integrated campaigns, product launches, growth marketing initiatives, digital experiences, and key brand moments.
- Own creative projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery, ensuring clarity of direction, strong decision-making, and consistent creative excellence.
- Partner closely with Brand Strategy to ensure all creative output is grounded in insight, positioning, and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire internal teams and external agency partners, providing clear direction and constructive feedback throughout the creative process.
- Present concepts and campaign ideas to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, articulating rationale with clarity and conviction.
- Identify opportunities to evolve and expand the brand into new channels, formats, and audience touchpoints.
- 12+ years of experience in creative direction, integrated marketing, or brand leadership with a strong portfolio of campaign and conceptual work.
- Proven ability to develop and launch end-to-end brand and campaign platforms with a consistently high creative standard.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives while maintaining creative momentum and clarity.
- Deep collaboration skills, with experience working across strategy, design, copywriting, production, and marketing teams.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas across digital, experiential, and performance-driven channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments balancing strategic rigor with creative ambition and executional excellence.
- Competitive base salary with a range of $175,000 – $243,000 USD depending on experience and location.
