- Own and lead the overall growth marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion across multiple digital channels.
- Design and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
- Partner with product, sales, and analytics teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and customer insights.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team while fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and continuously iterate to improve ROI and marketing efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing channels, marketing analytics, and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Experience managing and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
