In this role, you will act as the central driver of AI adoption and innovation across a fast-moving creative organization. You will identify, design, and implement AI-powered workflows that transform how teams operate across strategy, creative, client services, and internal operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape how emerging technologies are integrated into day-to-day execution and long-term business capabilities. This is a highly cross-functional and influential position focused on practical impact rather than theoretical exploration. You will translate the rapidly evolving AI landscape into usable systems that improve efficiency, unlock creativity, and scale output. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and deeply focused on modernizing how creative and business work gets done.
- Drive the identification and implementation of AI-powered workflows across business development, client services, operations, HR, and finance, improving efficiency, scalability, and output quality.
- Lead company-wide AI adoption by educating teams, facilitating working sessions, and creating clear documentation to embed AI tools into daily workflows.
- Own the evaluation, selection, and management of the AI tool stack, ensuring the organization stays current with relevant platforms for outreach, content, research, and operations.
- Partner with leadership to design AI-enabled solutions for prospecting, proposal creation, and client engagement, transforming manual processes into scalable systems.
- Continuously monitor the AI ecosystem, providing insights and recommendations on new tools, trends, and opportunities for operational and creative advancement.
- 7+ years of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives in a business environment.
- Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable operational or organizational impact.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including emerging tools, automation frameworks, and applied AI use cases across business functions.
- Ability to move quickly from concept to execution, balancing build vs. buy decisions and knowing when to engage external technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for creative and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
