This role is centered on building and maintaining robust data pipelines and data warehouse solutions that enable high-quality analytics and business intelligence. You will work on designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes that integrate data from multiple internal and external systems into scalable data platforms. The position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with BI teams, data architects, and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into efficient technical solutions. The environment is highly data-driven, with a strong focus on automation, modernization, and cloud-based technologies. - Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse systems to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across data platforms and workflows.
- Develop and test end-to-end data integration solutions across systems such as ERP, ATS, VMS, and financial applications.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Perform data exploration, cleansing, and analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support BI teams in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations by ensuring reliable data availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and system workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including cloud migration and adoption of modern data engineering tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and data modeling principles.
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with BI teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Good communication skills for translating technical concepts into business insights.
- Experience in automation and data process optimization is highly desirable.
