This role is a field-based clinical and technical specialist position focused on advanced cardiac mapping technologies used in electrophysiology procedures. You will work closely with physicians, hospital staff, and clinical teams to support the safe and effective use of cutting-edge mapping and navigation systems that directly impact patient outcomes. The position blends deep technical expertise with hands-on clinical support, requiring frequent interaction in hospital and lab environments. You will play a key role in training healthcare professionals, optimizing system usage, and supporting complex cardiac ablation procedures. Operating within a highly collaborative, fast-paced medical technology environment, you will partner with sales and clinical teams to expand adoption and improve procedural success. This is a high-impact role for a specialist passionate about precision medicine and advancing cardiovascular care.
- Provide clinical and technical support during cardiac mapping and electrophysiology procedures, ensuring safe and effective system use
- Train physicians, hospital staff, and clinical teams on mapping systems, navigation tools, and CAS product applications
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify opportunities and support adoption of mapping technologies
- Serve as a regional expert and advocate for mapping solutions, sharing best practices and technical knowledge
- Support customer relationships by delivering high-quality technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance
- Participate in customer training sessions, workshops, and onsite clinical support activities
- Ensure alignment with sales objectives by supporting product utilization and clinical success
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate clinical needs and support field activities
- High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant cardiac mapping experience OR Associate degree with 6+ years OR Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in a related field
- Experience in electrophysiology, cardiac catheter ablation, or hospital/clinical cardiac environments
- Strong technical knowledge of cardiac mapping, navigation systems, and electrophysiology procedures
- Proven ability to deliver technical training and support to clinical professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage physicians and healthcare teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced, clinical environments with exposure to hospital settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to real-time procedural needs
- Willingness to travel up to 25–50% and work within assigned territory daily
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet field mobility requirements
- Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
