What Youll Do

• Cross-reference insurance cards scanned into the client system to ensure data accuracy.

• Update patient accounts with the most current insurance information.

• Document all actions taken in both internal and client systems.

• Work independently from assigned work queues while meeting daily productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Follow client-specific policies and procedures.

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions.

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience in insurance verification is preferred.
