Melville - RN or LPN needed for young Pediatric patient - home nursing shifts at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Melville, New York

Patient Details: Patient is a vibrant 11-year-old girl with Moebius Syndrome. She is full of energy, cheer, and a spirited outlook that brightens the lives of those around her. Despite requiring a tracheostomy, ventilator, and g-tube, she is actively involved in both school and daily life, with a joyful and engaging personality that shines in everything she does. Weekday shifts will include accompanying her to and from school.

Medical Needs
• Tracheostomy
• Ventilator (only at night)
• G-tube Feedings
• Non-Verbal – she uses a phone for text to speech

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Every other Saturday 7am – 10pm (Can be broken up) & Sunday 7am – 9pm
• Evenings: Monday 4pm - 10pm & Thursday 3pm – 10pm & every other Friday 3pm – 10pm
• Overnights: Friday & Saturday 10pm – 7am, Sunday 9pm – 7am

Payrates: $34 - $44/hour

Requirement:
• Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
• Experience with Ventilator and Tracheotomy.
