Bilingual Insurance Customer Service - Chinese

Salary: $18720.0 - $40000.0/year

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Chinese/English) Insurance Customer Service Representative. Must have an active Property and Casualty license or be able to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  • Bilingual - Chinese/English (required)
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
