Pathway Bank is looking for a motivated, service-minded individual to join our team as either a Bank Teller or Personal Banker, depending on your experience. Whether you're looking to continue your career in banking or start fresh in a meaningful new role, we’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy
  • Answer questions and help customers find the right solutions
  • Promote products and services that meet customer needs
  • Handle every task with professionalism, confidentiality, and care

Requirements:

- Must pass a credit and background check

- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
