What You'll Do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Assist residents with self-administration of medications, including proper documentation.
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
  • Provide supportive, respectful care that meets residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to support coordinated care.
  • Follow care plans, infection control practices, and all safety policies and procedures.
  • Document care provided and participate in team meetings as required.
What You'll Need:
  • Active, Home Health Aide certification (required).
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English (required).
  • High school education or GED preferred
  • Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.
