We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our branch operations, driving growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all operational aspects, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales, to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to drive revenue growth in the gutter solutions market.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to meet branch goals and metrics.
  • Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Foster a high-performing team by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to branch personnel.
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that address challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly to maintain a positive branch environment.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Network within the local community to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and the company.
  • Stay informed about competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Requirements:
  • Proven branch management experience, ideally in a leadership role in a related industry, such as construction, building materials, or similar.
  • Adequate knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices to lead and manage the branch effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and production goals through effective leadership.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific rules and regulations to ensure compliance in the gutter solutions market.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage branch operations efficiently.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and human resources management skills to build and nurture a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
