- Own and continuously evolve customer insights and competitive intelligence programs, delivering clear, actionable insights across key segments and product lines
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, buying behavior, objections, and decision drivers
- Conduct and maintain competitive analysis covering positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions
- Translate insights into compelling narratives that inform product strategy, positioning, and executive decision-making
- Build scalable systems and automations to collect, analyze, and distribute insights through dashboards, alerts, newsletters, and internal documentation
- Create and maintain sales and marketing enablement assets such as battlecards, training sessions, workshops, and collateral
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to embed insights into daily workflows and go-to-market execution
- Measure and communicate the impact of insights on performance metrics such as win rates, deal velocity, and message adoption
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer insights, market research, or competitive intelligence within B2B SaaS
- Strong track record conducting qualitative and quantitative research and turning data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Hands-on experience building scalable insight systems, including automation for data collection, synthesis, and distribution
- Proven ability to create sales and marketing enablement assets that drive measurable business impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both executive and frontline audiences
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience using competitive intelligence platforms such as Klue, including workflows, alerts, and battlecards
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps teams
