- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing and growth team to meet evolving business objectives.
- Expand market share by launching new markets and deepening engagement in core markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize user experiences.
- Oversee marketing budgets, financial modeling, and ROI optimization across campaigns.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics.
- Ensure marketing programs align with best practices, brand standards, and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing and growth strategies at scale.
- Expertise in digital and performance marketing across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics, BI systems, and executive-level reporting.
- Deep understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing with the ability to scale initiatives.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing campaign ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with C-level executives.
- High ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
