Role: The Model Beverage Server – Pool elevates the guest experience by delivering premium, attentive, and friendly service throughout the pool area. This role is responsible for initiating engaging conversations with guests, anticipating needs before they arise, and creating memorable interactions that reflect the property’s high service standards. This position requires confidence, professionalism, and a polished presentation, serving as an ambassador of the brand and ensuring that every VIP and general guest receives an elevated and personalized pool experience. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Extensive background in VIP or luxury resort hospitality, with a strong emphasis on delivering highly personalized, attentive service to guests in an upscale pool environment.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Required Work Cards needed:
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM Card)
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Maintain exceptional guest focus at all times while efficiently performing all service duties.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring timely delivery of all items.
- Accurately record all orders and promptly enter them into the POS system.
- Keep the beverage station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and fully compliant with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Follow direction confidently and seek clarification when needed to ensure flawless execution of service standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, supply concerns, or maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Execute all reasonable management requests in support of smooth pool operations and elevated guest service.
- Use beverages, garnishes, fruit, and supplies efficiently to help maintain cost‑effective operations.
- Demonstrate excellent pacing and timing, adjusting service speed to meet guest flow and pool activity levels.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of food offerings, wine, beer, spirits, specialty cocktails, glassware, and garnishes consistent with luxury resort standards.
- Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
- Organize, clean, and restock the beverage station, side stations, storage areas, and supporting supplies to ensure readiness throughout the shift.

Work is performed in a (type of location, i.e., office, kitchen, restaurant, casino, etc.) environment and in other locations throughout the property. Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases too loud. Additionally, smoking is permitted in casino areas consistent with Nevada state regulations, which are followed by the employer.

- Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift, often 6–10 hours, while navigating pool decks and outdoor areas.
- Comfort working outdoors in high heat, direct sunlight, and varying weather conditions common to pool environments.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport beverage trays, ice buckets, cases of product, and other items weighing up to 25–30 lbs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and stretching to serve guests, stock supplies, and maintain clean service areas.
- Ability to move quickly and safely around crowded pool decks, wet surfaces, and high‑energy spaces.
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, garnishes, POS equipment, and beverage preparation tasks efficiently.
- Clear verbal communication to interact with guests, team members, and management in a fast-paced, noisy outdoor environment.
- Stamina to maintain high levels of energy, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout busy pool shifts.
- Ability to carry multiple items at once, including trays, bottles, and service tools, while maintaining balance and awareness.
- Requires eye/hand coordination.
- May require basic math with the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
- Ability to and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
